What to Wear: Please be advised you must wear leggings or capri pants that cover the backs of your knees and a t-shirt that covers the underarms. No bare skin, jewelry, large hair clips, or shoes. This is a must! No exceptions. If you have a wedding ring that will not come off, it must be wrapped with medical tape to avoid snagging the fabric.
