WHAT TO EXPECT:
All people & levels Welcome! Especially Beginners!
This will be a fun sexy workshop where we will explore the art of shaking that A**🙊
We will work on booty shaking techniques & get an amazing workout at the same time! Expect some twerk drills & a breakdown of key movements such as glute isolations, hip openers, back arching, body rolls, transitions, crawls & floor work. We will bring all of that sexiness together with a basic routine to which you can add your personal style or keep totally as is 💁🏻♀️🍑
This workshop is all about having fun & connecting with your sexy, confident side in a supportive environment 💕
WHAT TO BRING:
-You’re badass self just as you are!!
-Water
-Knee pads encouraged!
-Sneakers, socks
-Anything you feel comfortable moving around in. I recommend bringing a couple different options such as leggings, shorts, sports bra etc. You can wear your skimpiest lingerie or baggy sweats, whatever makes you feel confident, comfortable & awesome!💕👌🏼
*Recording yourself is totally encouraged!! (Mostly so you can see how sexy & cool you are.) Please be mindful & respectful of other students who may not be comfortable being on camera.
