Did you miss our first Beginning Pole series? Don’t worry, you have another chance!

The next 6-week series starts February 1 and goes through March 7th. Saturdays @ 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Beginner’s Pole Dance series is a gentle, progressive introduction to pole dance. Starting from the ground up, you will learn floorwork, strength-based techniques, turns, spins, transitions, and beginner inversions. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine!

Since this is a series class, the only day you can drop-in is the first day of the series. After that, you must attend all classes, or wait for the next series to begin.

Recommendations: Do not apply lotion before class. Leave your jewelry at home. Wear workout shorts and a comfortable top. No shoes.
