A workshop for all levels that includes Sergia’s jazz/contemporary dance warm-up, as well as a guided free-dance. Class will cover simple transitions to advanced tricks, using Sergia’s progressive “Training Wheels” approach for each move. Students in this class will have a chance to request specific moves and work at their own level with focus on quality of movement.
