This all-levels aerial conditioning class will improve your functional strength, tone your body, and improve your aerial practice and physical fitness.

This 1-hour workout includes traditional ground warm-ups and exercises on 2-3 aerial apparatuses including tissu, hammock, lyra, and/or trapeze. Make your aerial tricks effortless by increasing your strength!
