Learn to flow with the music and explore alternate pathways through trick transitions. Discover different methods of movement with creative-thought provoking games. Add an element of artistic techniques to your lyra routines while learning a short choreographed piece with room for improv.
Prerequisite: Must be able to invert cleanly and move inside the lyra continuously for a minimum of 1 minute.
