Turn your world upside down with this 2 day inversion focused workshop. You will learn the necessary technique and safe progression of 7 basic inversions that will provide a solid foundation for intermediate inversions and beyond. Perfect for both students new to inverting and seasoned inverters looking to perfect the basics.
Day 1:
Basic invert
Chopper up
Crucifix
Inside knee hang (with hands)
Day 2:
Inside knee hang (without hands)
Outside knee hang (with and without hands)
Knee hang switch
Jasmine
We will break down each inversion with a step by step demonstration and give you the opportunity to try them with a spot and immediate corrections/feedback.
You do not need to be able to successfully do every inversion at the workshop but must be physically ready to attempt your basic invert and be able to safely control your descent to the floor. Instructor permission required.
