Looking to bring some extra pizazz to your pole routine? Or maybe you just want to work it in those fabulous heels? Then this is the class for you! Join The Pole Room and guest instructor Sergia Louise Anderson in this amazing Heels Choreography workshop in Lahaina, HI.
Get moving with Sergia’s signature floor and flow warm-up, then strap-on those fabulous heels for some much needed dancing. This class will focus on transitions, sensual movement, floor work, and sexy low flow. Learn routines using the pole to move seamlessly & sensually between floor work & pole work.
Recommended Level: ALL levels
Notes: Requires high heels. Knee pads or leg warmers and pole shorts recommended.
We recommend bringing your own shoes, preferably with an ankle strap to make class easier, though we will have some shoes available for you to try.
