Aly has choreographed over 100 productions and over 1,000 pieces!  He is truly a remarkable man seen as an expert in ballet, tap, jazz, and ethic dances and how they influence the theatrical arts.

Aly has been an instructor of multiple disciplines for the past 15 years, and has received trainings in instruction through various performing arts institutions, academic institutions (like the Princeton Review), and governmental institutions (the Paxen Group, a Department of Defense contractor).  Through his knack to deliver results, he picked to be trained and instruct teachers on how to be more effective in the classroom.  These certifications, along with the educator trainings along the way, are not to be taken lightly as equal to experience.

Teacher: 15 years’ experience in teaching European Folk dances, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Toning, Acting, Voice, Auditioning, and many other aspects of performing arts.  Aly also taught 3rd grade and 9th-12th grade Math & English for the Princeton Review in New York City.  He was also a teacher for several of the Paxen Group programs in the state of Hawaii in job readiness, life coping, and decision making skills.

Founder of three education based companies (Sierra Ballet Theater Company, Student Dance Organization of LIU CWPost, and the Visions Conservatory of Dance & Theater).  Certification in “Train the Trainer,” where he trained many of the Hawaii-based educators for the Department of Defense life coping, decision making, and job readiness programs.
