Don’t miss the special FLOOR FLOW® workshop with Marlo Fisken!
This class is entirely dedicated to the investigation of fluid floorwork. Expect to learn rolls and easy-to-follow progressive combinations. Every class includes guided creative movement exercises to help you find your flow. Please wear pants, bring socks or legwarmers, and cover your shoulders (a t-shirt is fine). Some movements will require pivoting and sliding.
Kneepads recommended for ALL.
About Marlo
Marlo teaches workshops and certifications all over the world. She draws on 30 years of dance and 18 years of teaching to create unique, immersive class experiences. She is known for her detailed eye for alignment and movement quality, and especially her desire to inspire focused and playful movement in people of all ages.
