Core Prep for Inverts 101
Appropriate for ALL LEVELS
With special guest instructor Shaina Cruea
This is a Pilates-based class that focuses on all of the LITTLE muscles that we tend to forget about when pole dancing!! These can be extra tricky muscles to find and engage correctly when learning how to invert. Shaina is NYC Pilates certified and has cross-trained with Pilates since the day she started pole dancing. You WILL 100% benefit from this class regardless of your level.
