Learn a choreographed routine to the song, “Gravity.”  This workshop is designed to help you emotionally connect with the music, explore slowing down, and help you feel more comfortable in your own skin when dancing in front of others.

>We’ll begin with a warm-up designed to take you deeper into your dance and start you on your road to freestyle poling, then discover pole flow exercises that will make transitioning between your spins, climbs, and floor work both graceful and seamless.
