DESCRIPTION:WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: ALL LEVELS WELCOME \nThroughout this workshop we will cover many aspects of Aerial Fabric. Starting with ground moves that will later translate into the air\, exercises to focus on body awareness\, core strength\, flexibility\, and conditioning. We will cover climbs\, transitions and techniques that can also translate to pole or other apparatus. \nIf your interested in performing we will also fine-tune your interaction between the apparatus and your audience\, while building character. \nPREPARATION FOR THIS WORKSHOP:\nThrough the next few weeks\, please train as much as you can building strength and focusing on flexibility! \nWHAT TO BRING:\nBring your tights\, sticky spray or chalk\, and some healthy light weight snacks such as fruit\, veggies\, or protein bars. It would also be very smart to bring something to write on and a Video Camera.
