PAYMENT METHODS:

There are three Payment options:

1. Pay by phone. You may pay directly by providing the Pole Room with your Visa or Mastercard details over the phone. Please have your credit card available when you call to arrange payment.

2. Pay in person. You may pay by cash, personal check, credit or debit card at the studio.

3. Pay online. Go to our website’s shop page at www.ThePoleRoom.com or to www.mindbodybalance.com (type in Body in Balance under clients, then click The Pole Room tab).

For ANY of the above options, we will send you a Confirmation email with a summary of your payment details once we receive your payment. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this Confirmation email.

Please make sure you pre-register BEFORE paying online to ensure there is enough space available in the class. You can pre-register without a full payment, but you may be bumped as priority is given to those who have pre-registered AND pre-paid in full.

MISSED CLASSES:

Every 4-6-week series class is scheduled over a 5 and 7-week time slot. The additional week allows students to make-up a class during their normal class time. Students who have not missed a class can attend this extra class for an additional fee.

Students may also attend an series’ class as a make-up during their class period with prior permission from the instructor.

If a student misses a non-series class—the Nibbler, a workshop, etc—payment can be transferred to another class with proper notification at no additional charge. It is the responsibility of the student to notify The Pole Room to which class they wish to apply their credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to limited spacing in our programs, students reserving spaces and then later withdrawing from the class may prevent other students from registering. With this in mind, students wishing to cancel their registration or otherwise withdraw, will be subject to the following fees:

No refunds are allowed, but some classes may be transferable. Please inquire aout these exceptions.

For private parties, a $100 deposit is required and is non-refundable. You have the option to reschedule your party for a different time/date (availability permitting) at no cost as long as you provide The Pole Room at least 7 days notice prior to the previously confirmed reservation. If you need to reschedule your party on shorter notice (between 48 hours and 6 days), you will be charged a $25 administration fee. No refunds for same day cancellations.
