Bachelorette and Private Parties are one of our favorite events at The Pole Room! We can book your event in the evenings 7 days a week, and in the afternoon and evenings Saturday and Sundays outside of the current schedule of classes. Your party will be absolutely, undeniably, unforgettable! Have a blast with your girlfriends or come with your guys!* Choose your own entertainment: Do you want just pole dancing? Do you want a full workout? Do you want to add a little lap dancing? Do you want it all? No worries! No hassles! We help you organize everything, including sending you a confirmation email that outlines all the details of your event from location logistics, to what to wear. This valuable information will alleviate all the stress because all you need to do is forward the information to the rest of the party, show up, and have fun! The Pole Room supplies ice and a cooler for your drinks. We also provide FREE OF CHARGE all the accessories—ie boas, hats, wigs, etc—you will need (optional) during the fun routines you will learn with the entire group! CORPORATE AND TEAM BUILDING PACKAGES: Feel free to bring your cameras and video equipment because you DEFINITELY want to capture these memories! Just don’t take yourself too seriously—we never do! Package A 1.5 hours For those who want to put some finesse in their fitness. Come prepared to do a little work and have a lot of flirty fun. Class begins with our touch-me-feel-me Pilates-based warm-up and progresses to some technical time on the poles. You’ll learn a spin, plus a sassy routine. A great way to get the blood flowing! Package B 1.5 hours Show off a bit of that wild diva inside with a Pole Dancing Party! For those who want to have a blast learning strictly pole dancing. Ever wondered how to do that infamous stripper walk? Or flip your hair while spinning around a pole? Wonder no longer! We’re got you covered…or uncovered with our warm-up striptease lesson included. No nudity. Package C 1.5 hours Get the best of both worlds by combining your Pole Dancing and Lap Dance instruction! This is one of our most popular parties! Corporate and Team Building Events Among other things, Amanda has a degree in Leadership from the Batten Leadership Institute, with an emphasis on leadership training and facilitation, outdoor/fitness leadership, teambuilding, and conflict resolution. That’s a mouthful! Please ask about corporate rates for team building with an exotic twist!
PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGE ADD ON: You always have the option to extend the length of your party at a special promotional rate of $45/half hour. Use the additional time to allow your guests to practice their routines or any of the pole techniques learned at the party, to chat and mingle with a couple of drinks, to take crazy photos posing with the pole, to open presents, or to freshen up before a night out in Lahaina town! "HOW TO" BOOK: 1. Decide on your preferred dates and times for your party Parties and events can be held at the studio, or at a private residence, with some exceptions. Let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll ty to make it happen! For most events, a deposit of $100 is required to reserve your party with The Pole Room. For larger events, or for those booking Private Party Package E or F, a larger deposit may be required. For your convenience, we can take your reservation deposit over the phone. Please have your Visa or Mastercard ready and available when you call. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to confirm the details of your booking. *Please note that the deposit in non-refundable, but transferable to a different date and time, subject to studio availability and additional fees, if applicable. *After reserving your Private Party, you may change your Private Party Package, the number of people attending, or the time/date at no extra charge, with sufficient notice to The Pole Room. *Some restrictions apply when men attend your Pole Party. Please inquiure. We recommend booking 2-6 weeks in advance to ensure you receive the date and time you desire. Classes and schedules book fast at The Pole Room! PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY: 70% of payment is due 72 hours before the party begins, by cash or credit. Full payment must be made before the party begins. For private parties, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. You have the option to reschedule your party for a different time/date (availability permitting) at no cost as long as you provide The Pole Room at least 7 days notice prior to the previously confirmed reservation. If you need to reschedule your party on shorter notice (between 48 hours and 6 days), you will be charged a $25 administration fee. No refunds for same day cancellations. |
